Mayor Pulido welcomed the director of “A Tale of Masked Men” to Santa Ana

The PBS documentary Tales of Masked Men premiered in Orange County on Sep. 16, at the Orange County Center for Contemporary Art, in Downtown Santa Ana, as part of the 2012 OC Film Fiesta.
